Lakefront Homes:
Closings of lakefront home sales have increased by 4% and average sale prices have increased by about 3% compared to the same period in 2014. Bank owned sales are down from 27 last year to 21 this year.

Off-Water Homes: Closings of off-water homes has increased by nearly 3%, and average prices have increased by approximately 8%. Bank owned sales have declined from 117 last year to 85 this year.

New Condos: Closings of new condos have declined by roughly 20% so far this year, while the average sale price is up over 10%.  Bank owned new condo sales number zero this year.

Resale Condos: The number of closings of resale condos has increased by 25% this year compared to last year, but the average sales price has decreased by 5%. Bank owned resale condo closings number only 8 so far this year.

Villas and Townhomes: Closings number 41 this year vs. 40 for the same period in 2014. The average sales price is down by roughly 9%. Bank owned sales number 2.

Lakefront Lots and Land: Closings of this kind have increased 10% and the average sales price has increased by more than double. Only 1 bank owned sale this year so far.

Off-Water Land: The number of closings has increased by roughly 10%, with the average sales price up over 25%. Bank owned off water site sales are up slightly.

Commercial: Closings for commercial property number 49 this year, up from 46 last year at this time. Average sales price is up slightly compared to 2014. Bank owned commercial property sales have declined slightly.

Farms: The number of closings for area farms has increased from 11 last year to 17 this year. Average sales price is up nearly 25%. No bank owned sales this year.

Summary: Overall, there have been 142 more closings so far this year than in 2014 with an increase in volume of over $36,000,000. Bank owned sales numbered 185 last year and that number is down to 138 this year.
