The Highway 54 Expressway is coming along very well. This expressway will run from Business 54 in Miller County all the way to an area in Linn Creek near Mexicali Blues. This will route cars off of Highway 54 for those who want to avoid the "in town" traffic. Speed limit will be 65 m.p.h. There will be 6 interchanges in this stretch of expressway that will provide access to existing Rte. 54. The Shoppes at Eagle's Landing development is underway. This 250 acre parcel is being developed with Menard's signed on as the first anchor store. Menard's is a midwest-based building supply store that will have 162,0000 square feet. The first phase of Eagle's Landing includes 700,000 square feet or retail space. The Shoppes at Eagle's Landing is located on Hwy. 54, across from Denny's Restaurant and the Baymont Hotel on Business Hwy. 54, in Lake Ozark.
