 As we go into the 8th month of the year, I have included all sales statistics from January 2010 to the end of July 2010 and how they compare to the same period in 2009.

Lakefront Homes: The number of lakefront home sales is down 8.7% this year compared to the same period in 2009. Lakefront home foreclosure sales increased to 22, up from 13 at this point last year.

Off-water Homes: The number of off-water home sales is up 8.8% from the same period in 2009. Off-water foreclosure sales doubled so far this year.

Waterfront Condos: The number of waterfront condo sales is down 1.5% from 2009. Waterfront condo foreclosure sales have increased from 7 in 2009 to 26 so far this year.

Off-water Condos: The number of off-water condo sales has increased by 10% this year and the number of foreclosure sales has decreased.

Commercial: Commercial property sales are down by 26% compared to 2009, and commercial foreclosure sales are the same as last year (just 1).

Land/Lots: Land and lot sales have increased in 2010 to 109, compared to 90 sales in 2009. Lands foreclosure sales are up from 5 last year to 9 so far this year.

Farms: The number of farm sales this year is down to 3, from 14 last year at this time. One foreclosure farm sale this year and one last year.
