Real Estate Stats at the Lake for 2015

Lakefront Homes: 770 closed sales compared to 742 in 2014. Average price is up to $310,475 from $306,919 in 2014. Bank owned sales dropped to 23 for 2015.

Off-Water Homes:
821 closed sales compared to 763 in 2014. Average price up from $122,816 to $129,704. Bank  sales dropped from 145 to 113.

New Condo Sales: 42 closed sales compared to 46 in 2014. Average price at $241,262, up from $226,850 in 2014. Bank owned sales at 0.

Resale Condos: 609 closed sales compared to 518 in 2014. Average price is $156,264, down slightly from $158,472. Bank owned sales at 13.

Villas and Townhomes: 61 closed sales in 2015; same as 2014. Average price is $259,899, down from $278,770. Bank owned sales at 4.

Lakefront Lots and Land: 62 closed sales in 2015 vs. 61 in 2014. Average price is $145,994 vs. $87,847 the prior year. Bank owned sales numbered 5. 

Non Lakefront Land:
198 closed sales vs. 155 in 2014. Average sale price is $43,455 compared to $33,588 in 2014. Bank owned sales numbered 10.

Commercial:
70 closed sales in 2015 compared to 74 the previous year. Average sales price of $218,585 is up from $211,492 in 2014. Bank owned sales numbered 17.

Farms: 22 closed sales in 2015 vs.18 the prior year. Average price is $216,804 vs. $196,586 in 2014. No bank owned farm sales.

Totals: There were 2,655 closed sales compared to 2,438 in 2014. Bank owned sales dropped from 227 in 2014 to 185 in 2015.
