Ross Stores, Inc. and Jo-Ann Fabrics and Crafts are planning on starting construction on their new facilities very soon. Both of these retailers will be located in Prewitt's Point Plaza at Osage Beach Parkway and Highway 42. A 40,000 square foot building will be shared with a completion date of late 2011. There are approximately 120 new jobs to be filled for this new project.
Ross Stores, Inc. is an off priced department store with headquarters in Pleasanton, California. It is the 3rd largest off-price retailer in the U.S., behind T.J. Maxx and Marshall's.
Jo-Ann Fabrics and Crafts is the nations' largest specialty retailer of fabrics and one of the largest for crafts.
