Bank owned sales - all property types;

FYI...Just a few years back in 2005, near the peak of sales and values, the January 1 to November 30 sales stats for the Lake were:

2005: 3,822 sales with a total volume of $671,418,769  which is more than double the transactions and volume we have in today's market.
