If you've considered buying real estate at the Lake of the Ozarks, you may have thought about buying in The Village of Four Seasons. Let me share some information with you about the great number of amenities that Four Seasons has to offer. There is the Swim and Tennis club with heated pool, lifeguard, toddler pool. 2 tennis courts, pavilion and picnic area (grills, tables and parking), children's playground, 3-well courtesy boat dock, restrooms and showers. The Bittersweet Recreation area has a pool with lifeguard on duty, a toddler pool, pavilion, picnic area and restrooms. There are also pools at Regency Cove and on Grand Point. There is the property owners Activity Center with fireplace, party rooms, ice makers and WiFi. Three stocked fishing lakes on Horseshoe Bend are available for Four Seasons property owners. Good Oak Lake is 35 acres. Autumn Lake is 12 acres and Treeline Lake is 50 acres. These stocked lakes have Catfish, Rock Bass, Bass, Crappie, Sunfish and Bluegill. The campground is located off of Horseshoe Bend Parkway and has 24 RV sites, (30 and 50 amps sites available), 12 tent sites, pavilion, picnic area, showers, restrooms and washer/dryers. There is a park and playground just off of Cherokee Road behind Village Hall that has a skate park, basketball hoops, and more. Another small park is situated near the Imperial Point area. A boat and RV storage facility is located off of Country Club Drive. There are numerous boat launch ramps in the area. The 24 hour, armed, security force has neighborhood watches and house checks for absent owners. Property owner rates at Witch's Cove Golf Course and Season's Ridge Golf Course. Miles of meandering walking and biking trails situated in the Village. Annual wastewater inspections as well as free septic pump-outs as needed.
