What's Happening at the Lake ?

*A new baseball complex is being planned near Camdenton. MO along Highway 54. It is to be a state of the-art athletic complex with more than a dozen fields for youth baseball and softball.
 
*The 7 acre site on Osage Beach Parkway that used to house the original Carl's Market and Hardware Store has been excavated for potential future development.

*The causeway is now complete and the Isla del Sol Condo Complex (formerly Atlantis Island) is now connected to the mainland.

*At Lake of the Ozarks this Saturday, Feb. 21, 2015 is the 14th annual Mardi Gras Pub Crawl. This event features live entertainment at 22 restaurants and nightspots in the Lake area.

*Dollar Tree, a national variety store with everything priced at $1.00, recently opened in Lakeview Plaza next to Dick's Sporting Goods in Osage Beach.

*The new "Lodge at Old Kinderhook" with 84 guest rooms will be opening soon.

*The new outdoor skating rink at Old Kinderhook recently opened.
 
*The 20th Annual Polar Plunge to benefit Special Olympics will be held on February 28.

*Berra Real Estate Group manages 4 vacation rental condos right on the track for Lake Race 2015 on June 6 and 7, 2015. Book your condo early as these units do not last.
