The Berra's Lake of the Ozarks Real Estate Blog

   I have heard conversations and comments recently from people regarding property sales at the Lake of the Ozarks. Some of these people are saying that nothing is selling at the Lake. Well, that is absolutely false! While we are experiencing a decline in the number of sales this year, there are properties selling. From January 1, 2009 until today, there have been 252 sales of waterfront homes, 307 off-water home sales, 220 condo sales, 19 commercial property sales, 88 lots/land sales and 14 farm sales. That totals 900 sales year to date.
