*A portion of the Osage Beach Expressway has opened from the Grand Glaize Bridge to just past Bagnell Dam Blvd. Highway 54 in Osage Beach from Highway 42 to Bluff Drive is now a separated north/south route.
*Ongoing talks with the City of Osage Beach and Dierberg's of St. Louis regarding the possibility of a Best Buy store at the High Point Center.
*YTD real estate total transactions are up roughly 2% from the same period in 2009.
