National Real Estate Stats Mean Nothing!

If you are hearing about the big jumps in home sales in one part of the country, the boom in new construction in another part of the country, or the terrible economic conditions in a different area, it means nothing on a LOCAL level. Local market trends are most important to you when it comes to buying, selling or investing. Some real estate publications put out only "good" news, while others are constantly filled with negative predictions. Averages and medians are only generalizing the data, and are certainly not specific to your individual property. The Lake of the Ozarks property values and market trends can vary from county to county, city to city and neighborhood to neighborhood. If you want truly unbiased and thorough data on specific real estate in the Lake of the Ozarks area, please feel free to contact us.

We are not afraid to tell you the truth. If your property value has declined, we will tell you. If there are indications of rebounding values, we will tell you. If there are certain things that are keeping your property from selling, we will tell you. You may or may not like what we have to say, but we will tell you the truth.

Informed buyers and sellers are our best customers!
